Below are the details of the 2026 Wagga Wagga Basketball Association (WWBA) Annual General Meeting.

🕕 Time: 6:00pm

📍 Location: PCYC Wagga Wagga

The Annual General Meeting provides members with an opportunity to receive an update on the Association’s activities and financial performance during the 2025/26 year and participate in the formal business of the Association.

AGM Business

The meeting will include:

• confirmation of the minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting;

• presentation of the 2025/26 WWBA Annual Report;

• presentation of the 2025/26 Annual Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report;

• election of Directors;

• consideration of Life Membership nominations;

• appointment of the Association’s auditor; and

• consideration of any valid notices of motion received in accordance with the WWBA Constitution.

Election of Directors

Up to six (6) Director positions are available for election for a two-year term.

The positions available arise from three (3) existing vacant Director positions and three (3) Director positions where the current two-year terms expire at the 2026 AGM.

The current portfolio responsibilities associated with those expiring Director terms are:

• President;

• Junior Competition; and

• Communications.

Nominations for election to the Board close at 5:00pm on Monday, 19 October 2026.

Meeting papers required for consideration at the AGM will be made available prior to the meeting. Members are encouraged to review the meeting papers before attending.
