2026 Annual General Meeting – Agenda and Business

Wagga Wagga Basketball Association (WWBA) will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 29 October 2026, at 6:00pm at PCYC Wagga Wagga.
The AGM is an important opportunity for members to reflect on the Association’s achievements over the past year, review its financial position and participate in decisions about the future of basketball in Wagga Wagga.
Business to be considered
The AGM will include the following key items of business:
Confirmation of Previous Minutes – Consideration and confirmation of the minutes from the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
Annual Report – Presentation of the 2025–26 Annual Report, highlighting participation, competitions, representative programs, development initiatives and other Association activities.
Financial Reports – Presentation and consideration of the Association’s annual financial statements and financial position.
Election of Directors – Consideration of Director nominations and elections in accordance with the Association’s Constitution.
Life Membership Nominations – Consideration of nominations for Cathy Edwards and Loren Roy (née Edmanson), recognising their outstanding contributions and longstanding service to basketball in Wagga Wagga.
Appointment of Auditor – Consideration of the appointment of the Association’s auditor.
Other Business – Any additional business properly included on the AGM agenda in accordance with the Association’s Constitution.
